Single Supplement:
Single supplement for Ger is available, but must be informed before your arrival. If there is enough Ger, there is no additional charge, if not enough free Ger, there will be additional charge of 20 USD.

Reservation and Payment:

if you want to make reservation online please fill the booking form and then click 'submit button'. We will sent reply within one business day. To confirm your reservation you are kindly requested to pay 30% of the total payment.

The ger camp reservation deposit is made by either of the following ways:
a. Bank Transfer to Steppe Nomads Camp bank account
b. Money transfer services Western Union or MoneyGram
c. Online payment from your VISA card

The remaining balance of the total payment is paid upon your arrival in Mongolia in cash USD. All reservations are subjects to cancellation if deposit is not received on its due date.

DISCOUNTS AND BONUSES: (Only for Online booking Guests)

  • We will give 10% discount for the visitors of September, 2008 except days of the Nomads Day Festival.
  • If you stay in our camp more than three nights, we will give you any rental item for two hours without charge.
  • If you are staying in our camp for the second time, we will give you 10% discount.
  • If you are the first or last guest of the year, rental items free for the staying dates.

PICK UP SERVICE:

We arrange pick up service from airport and train station to the camp. For booking transfer with us, you can give us your arrival details. To pick up from airport station, you need pay extra 10 USD. To pick up from 10pm-7am you need to pay extra 10 USD. The transfer tariff is 2008 is the following:

CANCELLATION:

Deposit is not refundable if the client cancels the reservation because of any personal matters. Thus, getting travel insurance is advised.

The deposit is refundable for the following reasons:
- In any cases of severe infectious diseases like the SARS, bird flu or the like. But only when the WHO (World Health Organization) states Mongolia as a dangerous zone.
- Any political or military rebellions, civil wars in Mongolia.
-Dangerous natural disasters like mudslides, earthquakes, sand storms in Mongolia.

Payment is not refundable if the client returns before the check-out day. But in case of serious special reasons payments of unused service can be refundable.
